30Days Visa-Free for Nationals/Passport Holders of Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia Starting 01Aug2013

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)  issued a Foreign Service Circular (FSC) No.90-13  dated 01 July 2013 implementing the issuance of 30 days visa-free for nationals/passport holders of Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia starting 01 August 2013. Following the issuance of  the Bureau of Immigration's Memorandum Circular No. RADJR-2013-006 dated 15 July 2013.
