The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw, Poland is pleased to announce that it will once again provide consular services to Filipino nationals living in the towns and cities of the voivodeships of Western Pomerania and Lubusz (Zachodniopomorskie and Lubuskie) during its Consular Outreach in the city of Szczecin, Poland on Saturday, 16 July 2022 . The venue for the outreach and opening hours will be announced later. Advisory to All Balik-Manggagawa Effective 30 June 2021, POEA will launch a new system for our Balik-Manggagawa. It will be known as POEA Online Processing System for Balik-Manggagawa or POPS-BaM. What is POPS-BaM?  POPS-BaM is the new BM online system for returning OFWS who will need to get their OEC online. It has replaced the old BM online system since June 30, 2021. When you have a POPS-BaM account, you don’t have to visit the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) in your country of employment or the POEA office in the Philippines for the processing of your OEC. This particular online service is available to vacationing OFWs who are returning to their same employer and have a record with the POEA.  You can access the POPS-BaM platform via the Online Services Portal of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) at https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph/OnlineServices.   How to Transfer Your Old BM Online Credentials to POPS-BaM   PLEASE BE REMINDED ON THE FOLLOWING RULES: One (1) O

NBI Clearance for those with NBI Clearance from 2014 onwards New applicants who were previously issued NBI Clearance Certificates from 2014 onwards can renew their NBI Clearance Certificate directly with the NBI without the need for a new fingerprint card (NBI Form No. 5), provided no changes are made on their personal data. There is no need to accomplish NBI Form No. 5 and affix fingerprints taken at the Embassy if your old NBI Clearance Certificate was issued from 2014 to the present, and no correction was made in your name, place and date of birth (for example, a female who marries and changes to her married surname). BM (Balik Manggagawa/Vacationing OFWs) Did you transfer employer since you last left the Philippines, If YES, please see below: The following are the requirements for contract verification for balik-mangagawa who are currently working at site: Employment contract in English signed by employer and worker; Compulsory insurance secured from the Philippines. You may choose among the list of accredited insurance providers in the Philippines which is available at the POEA website. Attached is a sample of compulsory insurance certificate for your reference. (See DOLE Department Order No. 228-Expanded Compulsory Insurance Coverage) Copy of passport which has validity of at least 6 months. Copy of valid working visa.
