INVITATION TO THE 16 JUNE 2013 INDEPENDENCE DAY GET-TOGETHER
To commemorate the 115th Anniversary of Philippine Independence with the Filipino community in Poland, the Embassy will organize an Independence Day picnic to be held at the Embassy grounds on Sunday, 16 June 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The program will include a morning Mass, lunch, games and prizes. All Filipinos in Poland, including kids, are invited to the get-together.
Anyone or any group who is willing to render a performance, in terms of song, dance or playing of musical instruments and the like, is requested to e-mail pe.warsaw@gmail.com and to give the names of the performers and kind of performance to be rendered.
Anyone or any group who has ideas for a parlor game is also requested to contact the Embassy in the previously cited contact details.
In order for us to arrange the sequence of activities in the program accordingly, please send in your performance and/or parlor game ideas by 07 June 2013.
To enable the Embassy to prepare for the logistical arrangements of the get-together, everyone is kindly requested to register through e-mail or by calling 22-490 20 25 on or before 07 June 2013.
