At the launched temporary Polish visa point in Manila (Philippines), visa applications may be submitted only by persons who have a document named Confirmation of participation in World Youth Day 2016 Krakow for participants applying for a visa confirmed by a local bishop or his delegate. Visa applications may be submitted also by volunteers accepted by the Organizing Committee, who have a document named Confirmation of participation in World Youth Day 2016 Krakow for volunteers applying for a visa.
Other people who travel to Poland to take part in World Youth Day Krakow 2016 must apply for a visa in a Polish permanent professional consular post Kuala Lumpur.
ATTENTION!!!
Above-mentioned Confirmation of participation confirms medical insurance during WYD days 25-31 July 2016 (and only).
Any other terms of travel must be covered by additional medical insurance and confirmed by financial recourses.

1. Application form filled and printed from E-konsulate system together with barcodes;
2. Travel document issued within the previous 10 years, valid at least three months after the intended date of departure and contained at least two blank pages;
3. 2 Photos;
4. Supporting documents:
a. Confirmation of participation in World Youth Day 2016 Krakow confirmed by a local bishop or his delegate;
or
Confirmation of participation in World Youth Day 2016 Krakow for volunteers confirmed by a local bishop or his delegate;
additionally to above-mentioned documents
each person must be supported with:
1. Documents indicating that the applicant possesses sufficient means of subsistence both for the duration of the intended stay and for the return to his country of origin or residence.
2. Valid travel medical insurance, during their stay(s) on the territory of the Schengen area. The minimum coverage shall be EUR 30 000.
