Plot Outline:
ROSA, owns a small community convenience store connected to their home in the slums of Metropolitan Manila. Together with her husband, NESTOR, they use their convenience store as cover-up for selling illegal narcotic, Methamphetamines. Their fate changes one Saturday night when their neighbor BONG-BONG, who works as a fly-by-night parking attendant, begs her to sell him a small pack of Methamphetamine without knowing that it’s a ploy for a pending buy-bust operation leading to Rosa and Nestor’s warrantless arrest by a police team.

Multiple award-winning director from the Philippines. Born in 1960 in San Fernando. He studied arts and advertising at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. He started as a production designer on various films and television advertisements. His debut film "The Masseur" won the Golden Leopard Award at the 2005 Locarno festival and paved the way for the rise of alternative cinema in the Philippines. In 2005, he founded Center Stage Productions (CSP), an independent film production company. His film "Slingshot" was presented at the WFF in 2008. He is the first Filipino director to be honoured by France with the title Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Arts et Lettres. "Ma' Rosa", his latest film, premiered at the Cannes festival, where it won the best actress award.

Flour types in Poland

Flour type, according to Polish food regulations, means the content of ashes in it (i.e. the remains after complete burning of the organic ingredients in a sample of the product at a determined temperature).
