Free Polish Language Course for Teen Foreigners in Poznan




Registration for Polish language courses at A1 level for teenagers is open! Participation is free of charge, the course lasts from the end of February to June 4, classes every weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Course 5 and 6 – for secondary school students, two groups at A1 level.

Location of classes: Migrant Info Point, Poznań, 17/27 Półwiejska St.
Dates of classes: Saturdays and Sundays.
Attention: 29 May trip to the Enigma Cipher Centre (classes start and end at the Centre, Poznań, ul. Święty Marcin 78).

Dates of classes:
February: 26, 27
March: 5, 6, 12, 13, 20,
April: 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 30
May: 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29
June: 4

Class times:
Group 5: 10:00 – 12:30 (including a 15-minute break); May 29: 10:00 – 13:30 p.m. (including two breaks of 15 minutes each).
Group 6: 12:45 – 15:15 (including a 15 minute break); 29 May 13:30 -16:30 (including two breaks of 15 minutes each).

Classes will be held stationary at Migrant Info Point (POINT, Półwiejska 17 27) or at PISOP (Chwaliszewo 75) with epidemic rigour. If the epidemic situation gets worse, classes will continue online.

Very important information: due to the epidemic situation and the increase in the number of cases of COVID-19, as well as for the safety of employees and all course participants, it is now a requirement to show the EU Covid Certificate to participate in the course. If you do not have the certificate, please download it from your patient account or get vaccinated as soon as possible. If you are unable to vaccinate for medical reasons – present a certificate from your doctor. Participation of persons who do not have the certificate (or the certificate of inability to vaccinate) will be possible after the improvement of the epidemic situation in Poland.

Maximum of 14 people to each group. The order of applying is decisive – to sign up please send an email to polski@migrant.poznan.pl. Admission to the groups on the basis of a short telephone conversation to check your level of language skills.

Interviews will take place:
– 15.02 from 09:00 to 17:00
– 16.02 from 10:00 to 17:00
– 17.02 from 13:00 to 18:00.

Flour types in Poland

Flour type, according to Polish food regulations, means the content of ashes in it (i.e. the remains after complete burning of the organic ingredients in a sample of the product at a determined temperature). Ii is expressed in gramms/100 kg of flour.
