If you wish to have your labor contract verified, and all other matters related to labor contract verification


REQUIREMENTS FOR LABOR CONTRACT VERIFICATION 
(Worker in Poland already)


Following are the requirements for contract verification for OFWs working on site in Poland (nandito na at nagtatrabaho na sa Poland):


  1. Employment contract in English signed by employer and worker; (all pages, especially those reflecting the date of commencement, actual position, salary, and other amendment pages when available) (Note: Non-English version will not be verified)
  1. Addendum (see below link) both signed by employer and worker. 
 If the employer is not amenable to sign said addendum, worker has to submit personal insurance which includes repatriation of frail body or human remains in case of disability or death. If you do not have an existing repatriation insurance, you may search for licensed Philippine insurance companies e.g. Pioneer, Paramount, Mapfre etc. which offer such products. Some even allow online registration and payment.  
  1. Copy of passport valid for at least 6 months (full data page showing photo and signature on Page 3)
  1. Copy of valid working visa/residence card/permit or karta pobytu (front and back of ID)

Flour types in Poland

Flour type, according to Polish food regulations, means the content of ashes in it (i.e. the remains after complete burning of the organic ingredients in a sample of the product at a determined temperature). Ii is expressed in gramms/100 kg of flour.
