Polish gov’t approves two minimum wage hikes in 2024

.

from 1 January, the minimum wage will be PLN 4,242 

The minimum wage will increase in two stages next year. From 1 January, the lowest salary will be PLN 4,242, and from 1 July - PLN 4,300.

In 2024, the minimum hourly rate for certain civil law contracts will also increase - from 1 January it will be PLN 27.70 and from 1 July - PLN 28.10. 

What impact do these changes have on the procedure for legalizing a foreigner's stay in Poland on the basis of work? If he or she applies for such residence permit on or after Jan 1, 2024, his or her contract of employment/ mandate must follow above new rules regarding salary.

Flour types in Poland

Flour type, according to Polish food regulations, means the content of ashes in it (i.e. the remains after complete burning of the organic ingredients in a sample of the product at a determined temperature). Ii is expressed in gramms/100 kg of flour.
