Factory worker

The following job offer is ONLY for Filipinos who are ALREADY living/working in Poland or other countries abroad such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, Middle East countries etc.

Job Title: Factory worker – purpose for these offer is to collect as much as possible people who will be ready to work as a production/factory workers

(work in the factory with undertaking various production works such as: (furniture twisting, production of candles, work in the production of cardboard packaging, work on packaging products, work on packaging clothes)

1. Number of people needed in the project, requirements regarding age/sex/gender
  • 200 women or 100 couples
  • age up to 55 years old

2. Description of job and work conditions:
  • work in production plants dealing in the production of various types of products
  • work that does not require high qualifications, where the process of learning to perform a given task takes from 1 to 4 days
  • work is located in the production halls under the roof

3. Information of accommodation/transport costs:
  • costs related to accommodation and commuting (transport to work and back home) are covered by the agency/employee

4. Expenses related to stay (additional fees related to house maintenance):
  • 300 zł per month.

5. Information of reimbursement:
  • basic salary - PLN 12.00 zł w/h (working hour)
  • additionally, bonuses are provided but always after reaching given targets/KPI’s depends from the project,

6. Minimum working hours:
  • Minimum 220 w/h up to 288 w/h





7. Information of compensation of air tickets.
  • The agency covers the return air ticket:
    • stay for a minimum of 3 months - 25 euros
    • minimum stay of 6 months - 60 euros
    • stay for a minimum of 12 months - 100 euros

8. Necessary qualifications/certificates/experience:
  • good manual skills
  • readiness to work
  • experience in working in a similar position will be an advantage,
  • the ability to learn quickly will be an advantage - the learning process is not complicated and takes 1-3 days

9. Minimum / maximum period of labor agreement period of staying in country.
  • Minimum contract period – 3 months
  • Maximum contract period 6 months with possibility to extension the period of the contract.
  • If the person will be interested agency can help in processing long term work permits up to 3 years or longer.
10. Information about insurance:
  • Due to the fact that the work is located in various places in Poland - we use motels / hostels or rent the whole house. Of the rooms are from 2 to 6 people, have access to refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, cabinets for clothes, internet, TV.
  • They are usually located a short distance from shopping centers
11. Information about living conditions
