Construction worker - Formwork carpenter

Job Title: Construction worker - Formwork carpenter or just carpenter with experience

(The purpose of the carpenter's work is the assembly and disassembly of system formworks as well as the preparation of individual formwork structures used as molds to shape when pouring concrete or as a template in brick working works.)

1. Number of people needed in the project, requirements regarding age/sex/gender
  • 100 men (on the beginning)
  • age up to 60 years old – strong men

2. Description of job and work conditions:
  • His tasks include choosing the type of wood, the method of machining using tools, equipment and carpentry machines. The shuttering carpenter deals with the manual and mechanical transport of system and individual formwork elements. He is responsible for the proper use of materials and tools.
  • storage of individual formwork elements and system formworks;
  • preparing a list of works related to the execution and assembly of shuttering elements;
  • processing of wooden elements;
  • assembly and disassembly of system formworks;
  • assembly and disassembly of individual formwork;
  • manual and mechanical transport of formwork
  • individual and system formworks;
  • making other wooden structures on the construction site (e.g.railings protecting bridges, etc.);
  • organizing the workplace in accordance with the principles of health and safety, protection
  • fire protection, ergonomic principles and environmental protection.

3. Information of accommodation/transport costs:
  • costs related to accommodation and commuting (transport to work and back home) are covered by the agency/employee

4. Expenses related to stay (additional fees related to house maintenance):
  • 350 zł per month.

5. Information of reimbursement:
  • basic salary - PLN 14.00 zł w/h (working hour)
  • additional remuneration to basic salary “bonuses” depending on performance/experience and always after agency costumer recommendation:
    • PLN 1.00 per w / h up to PLN 2.00 per w/h
  • additional we provide working cloths,

6. Minimum working hours:
  • Minimum 220 w/h up to 252 w/h




7. Information of compensation of air tickets.
  • The agency covers the return air ticket:
    • stay for a minimum of 3 months - 25 euros
    • minimum stay of 6 months - 60 euros
    • stay for a minimum of 12 months - 100 euros

8. Necessary qualifications/certificates/experience:
  • experience and knowledge of basic construction works
  • readiness for hard work
  • experience in working in a similar position will be an advantage
  • knowledge of the basics of technical drawing

9. Minimum / maximum period of labor agreement period of staying in country.
  • Minimum contract period – 3 months
  • Maximum contract period 6 months with possibility to extension the period of the contract.
  • If the person will be interested agency can help in processing long term work permits up to 3 years or longer.

10. Information about insurance:
  • all employees stay and work in Poland in a legal manner, which allows them to use Polish healthcare, it is possible to buy additional insurance in in ING Nationale Netherlande in the amount of PLN 35 a month, however, basic medical care is provided in connection with legal employment

11. Information about living conditions
  • Due to the fact that the work is located in various places in Poland - we use motels / hostels or rent the whole house. Of the rooms are from 2 to 6 people, have access to refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, cabinets for clothes, internet, TV.
  • They are usually located a short distance from shopping centers

12. Time of contract start:
  • ASAP ( 01.07.2019)
