Craftsman:

Helper:
- will assist skilled craftsperson(s) by performing supportive duties as directed and will work under immediate supervision.
- Must have a general knowledge of carpentry. Assist Carpenter/Carpenter Foreman with creating Woodem items.
- Helper will look for opportunities for improvement in all tasks, means and methods regarding the work, and willing to learn from others.
- Must learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work and learn to safely and effectively use or operate work related tools and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Carpenter in laying out work
- Assist Carpenter with lifting, positioning, securing, and cutting of materials during installation
- Clean work areas, machines, and equipment
- Ensure work area remains stocked with materials needed
- Assist other craft workers as needed
