Electrician Assistant

Job Title: Electrician assistant

(performs, rebuilds, maintains, repairs various types of single and three-phase electric installations,)

1. Number of people needed in the project, requirements regarding age/sex/gender

• 50 men (on the beginning)
• age up to 60 years old – strong men with electrical knowledge

2. Description of job and work conditions:

• Installation of electrical wires (power tower+ Earth lines), repair and maintenance of electrical installations, physical work (installation of power tower, cables, electrical boxes
• securing electrical wires
• ensuring trouble-free operation of the power system
• performing periodic technical inspections
• replacement of the old one and performance of a new electrical and cable installation
• electrical maintenance of facilities
• assembly of control / distribution cabinets
• lighting installation
• selection of suitable conductive materials in accordance with the design of electrical installations, assembly of components and components according to technical documentation
• assembly of installations supplying buildings chines)
• work outside at the height

3. Information of accommodation/transport costs:

• costs related to accommodation and commuting (transport to work and back home) are covered by the agency/employee

4. Expenses related to stay (additional fees related to house maintenance):

• 300 zł per month.

5. Information of reimbursement:

• basic salary from 0-3 months of work - PLN 13.00 zł w/h (working hour)
• basic salary from 4 -6 months - PLN 14.00 zł w/h
• basic salary from 7 – 12 months – PLN 14.50 zł w/h
• additional remuneration to basic salary “bonuses” depending on performance and always after agency costumer recommendation:
• PLN 0.50 per w / h
• PLN 1.00 per w / h
• PLN 1.50 per w / h
• additionally, we provide one hot meal on working days,
• additional we provide working cloths

6. Minimum working hours:

• Minimum 220 w/h up to 288 w/h

7. Information of compensation of air tickets.

• The agency covers the return air ticket:
• stay for a minimum of 3 months - 25 euros
  
• minimum stay of 6 months - 60 euros
  
• stay for a minimum of 12 months - 100 euros

9. Necessary qualifications/certificates/experience:

• experience and knowledge of wiring diagrams/technical drownings are advantage
• good electrical / energy knowledge
• certificates confirming the electric / energy licenses will be an additional advantage
• experience in working in a similar position will be an advantage
• Ready to work on highs more then 3 meters (but not always)

10. Minimum / maximum period of labor agreement period of staying in country.

• Minimum contract period – 3 months
• Maximum contract period 6 months with possibility to extension the period of the contract.
• If the person will be interested agency can help in processing long term work permits up to 3 years or longer.

11. Information about insurance:

• all employees stay and work in Poland in a legal manner, which allows them to use Polish healthcare, it is possible to buy additional insurance in in ING Nationale Netherlande in the amount of PLN 35 a month, however, basic medical care is provided in connection with legal employment

12. Information about living conditions

• Due to the fact that the work is located in various places in Poland - we use motels / hostels or rent the whole house. Of the rooms are from 2 to 6 people, have access to refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, cabinets for clothes, internet, TV.
• They are usually located a short distance from shopping centers

13. Time of contract start:

• ASAP ( 01.07.2019)
