Job Title: Electrician assistant #2

(performs, rebuilds, maintains, repairs various types of single and three-phase electric installations,)

1. Number of people needed in the project, requirements regarding age/sex/gender

50 men (on the beginning)
age up to 60 years old – strong men with electrical knowledge

2. Description of job and work conditions:

Installation of electrical wires (power tower+ Earth lines), repair and maintenance of electrical installations, physical work (installation of power tower, cables, electrical boxes

securing electrical wires
ensuring trouble-free operation of the power system
performing periodic technical inspections
replacement of the old one and performance of a new electrical and cable installation
electrical maintenance of facilities
assembly of control / distribution cabinets
lighting installation
selection of suitable conductive materials in accordance with the design of electrical installations, assembly of components and components according to technical documentation
assembly of installations supplying buildings chines)
work outside at the height

3. Information of accommodation/transport costs:

costs related to accommodation and commuting (transport to work and back home) are covered by the agency/employee

4. Expenses related to stay (additional fees related to house maintenance):

300 zł per month.

5. Information of reimbursement:

basic salary from 0-3 months of work - PLN 12.50 zł w/h (working hour)
basic salary from 4 -6 months - PLN 13.00 zł w/h
basic salary from 7-12 months – PLN 13.50 zł w/h

additional remuneration to basic salary “bonuses” depending on performance and always after agency costumer recommendation:
PLN 0.50 per w / h
PLN 1.00 per w / h
PLN 1.50 per w / h

additionally, we provide one hot meal on working days,
additional we provide working cloths,

6. Minimum working hours:

Minimum 220 w/h up to 288 w/h
