Factory worker-Fame

The following job offer is ONLY for Filipinos who are ALREADY living/working in Poland or other countries abroad such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, Middle East countries etc.

Job Title: Factory worker-Fame

(work in the factory during process of packing the finished product such as ham, sausage)

1. Number of people needed in the project, requirements regarding age/sex/gender

• 35 women or 35 men or 17 couples (on the beginning)
• age up to 55 years old

2. Description of job and work conditions:

• Performing work on the production line indicated during the packaging of the finished product. Spreading the lining, putting the finished product on the line for sorting and automatic packaging, supervision of the packaging machine, receiving the finished product and putting it back in storage.
• Cleaning work in the hall
• Execution of another warehouse works
• work in the factory at a temperature of 7-10 degrees (Factory is hiring 500 people)

3. Information of accommodation/transport costs:

• costs related to accommodation and commuting (transport to work and back home) are covered by the agency/employee

4. Expenses related to stay (additional fees related to house maintenance):

• 350 zł per month.

5. Information of reimbursement:

• basic salary - PLN 12.00 zł w/h (working hour)
  
• additional remuneration to basic salary “bonuses” depending on performance and always after agency costumer recommendation:
• from 100 zł – 300 zł depending from production schedule, and production KPI
• additionally, we provide one hot meal on working days,
• additional we provide worm working cloths,

6. Minimum working hours:

• Minimum 220 w/h up to 288 w/h

7. Information of compensation of air tickets.

• The agency covers the return air ticket:
• stay for a minimum of 3 months - 25 euros – not valid to these offer min stay 6 months
• minimum stay of 6 months - 60 euros
• stay for a minimum of 12 months - 100 euros

8. Necessary qualifications/certificates/experience:

• good manual skills
• readiness to work
• experience in working in a similar position will be an advantage,
• the ability to learn quickly will be an advantage - the learning process is not complicated and takes 1-3 days

9. Minimum / maximum period of labor agreement period of staying in country.

• Minimum contract period 6 months with possibility to extension the period of the contract. If the person will be interested agency can help in processing long term work permits up to 3 years or longer.

10. Information about insurance:

• all employees stay and work in Poland in a legal manner, which allows them to use Polish healthcare, it is possible to buy additional insurance in in ING Nationale Netherlande in the amount of PLN 35 a month, however, basic medical care is provided in connection with legal employment.

11. Information about living conditions

• We rent a hostel - rooms are from 2 to 6 people, have access to refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, cabinets for clothes, internet, TV.
• We provide a car to transport for shopping centers.
• Distance to work is 5 minutes walking from home.

12. Time of contract start:

• ASAP ( 01.07.2019)
