OEC and OWWA





The following are the documentary requirements and procedure for verification of the employment documents and OWWA membership thru POLO Office in Geneva:

Requirements:


  • Employment Contract and Addendum to the Employment Contract (attached), signed on all pages by the worker and employer
  • Copy of the passport of the worker with at least six months validity
  • Copy of the visa stamped in the passport of the worker
  • Copy of the residence card/national ID of the worker






Procedure:


  1. The principal/employer should send to polo_geneva@dole.gov.ph scanned copies of the above-required documents or initial evaluation
  2. If the documents are found to be complete, satisfactory, and in order, the Philippine Oversease Labor Office (POLO) will advise the principal.
  3. The principal shall pay the following fees:

  • POLO Verification fee - CHF 10.00
  • The exact or EQUIVALENT amount can be deposited to the POLO UBS IBAN Account no. CH16 0027 9279 1680 8403B BIC: UBSWCHZH80A
  • Please wait for the POLO's advice before making the deposit/payment



For OWWA membership, click here for the info sheet, kindly fill-up the form and send to polo_geneva@dole.gov.ph and pay CHF 25.00. The exact or EQUIVALENT amount can be deposited to the POLO UBS IBAN Account no. CH58 0027 9279 1680 8402Y BIC: UBSWCHZH80A

Flour types in Poland

Flour type, according to Polish food regulations, means the content of ashes in it (i.e. the remains after complete burning of the organic ingredients in a sample of the product at a determined temperature).
