Production Workers





Production workers (Location: Germany) - only for those who are already in POLAND


  • Manufacturing and packing of fresh sushis for retail
  • Ca. 100 workmates in the production
  • Temperature in the Produktion is ca. 5 degrees
  • Different types of tasks, e.g. cutting/slicing of vegetables, setting products in a box, labeling of products
  • Night shift is 3-4 times a year
  • Working on a Sunday can be possible
  • Start of early shift is between 3:00-8:00 a.m.
  • Start of late shift is between 11:00-16:00


General Conditions and payment


  • 182 working hours per month, 5 working day per week (6 days is possible by ca. 2000 € gross per Month)
  • 1850 € gross every month
  • Monthly bonus payment with good performance of up to € 200
  • 22 days of paid holiday in a year
  • Paid sick leave
  • Subsidy for occupational pensions
  • 2x per week 2 € subsidy for lunch
  • Summer fests and christmas party
  • Water, coffee and fresh fruit for the lunch break
  • staff breakfast once a month




Apartment for workers


  • costs 350 €
  • Furnished single room (Married couple can stay in one room, but the cost is still the same per person)
  • Incl. of shuttle to production house
  • Assistance in finding your own apartment as well as communication with authorities

Flour types in Poland

Flour type, according to Polish food regulations, means the content of ashes in it (i.e. the remains after complete burning of the organic ingredients in a sample of the product at a determined temperature). Ii is expressed in gramms/100 kg of flour. For example: type 500 means that in every 100 kg of flour there's around 500 g of ashes, and type 850 means that in every 100 kg the content of ashes is around 850 g.
