The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kuala Lumpur would like to inform that in accordance with the "Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on mutual visa representation", effective 1st of July 2010, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands will represent the Republic of Poland in the process of examining applications and issuing Schengen visas, pursuant to the provisions of the EU Visa Code, in the Republic of the Philippines.
For Schengen "C" visa, PHILIPPINE nationals residing in that country and other, planning to travel to Poland for short stay up to 90 days within 6 months, should submit their applications at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Manila.
According to the MoU, Dutch Consul cannot issue following types of visa:
- diplomatic and service (however it is possible to accept diplomatic and service passports, but the visa issued will be non-diplomatic and non-service);
- issued in connection with work (work/business)
- to study in Poland
- to start the activity in Poland that requiries special permit.
The above mentioned visa continue to be issued in the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kuala Lumpur
