A 4-meter image of Palawan is now being showcased around the tourist route of Warsaw , Poland. Ambassador Edgardo Manuel launched this 3 month tourism project yesterday, building -up towards our 114th Independence day celebration. This will also coincide with the Euro Cup 2012 this July in Warsaw. We featured the Palawan photo of George Tapan, winner of the National Geographics photo contest. Major sponsors are Honorary Consul Edward Magiera and the Baltic Container Terminal, a subsidiary of ICTSI.

According to the Republic Act No. 8042 , otherwise known as the Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act of 1955, as amended, all migrant workers must be covered by compulsory insurance policy when they work abroad.
