Once the LTO certification is issued, it should undergo authentication by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA). Please note that overseas-based applicants for authentication service are required to provide a special power of attorney (SPA) to their authorized representative before a request for authentication of documents can be accepted by the DFA. The SPA form is available at the Embassy and acknowledgement of the SPA requires the applicant to present his/her Philippine passport and pay the PLN 100 fee. The SPA will be processed within 30 minutes and should be sent to the authorized representative in the Philippines.
After receipt of the authenticated LTO certificate, it should be translated to Polish before submission to the local licensing authority. Please note that Polish authorities may require the applicant to secure a confirmation from his/her Embassy before the application for conversion is accepted and processed. If this is the case, the applicant should present the authenticated LTO certificate with his/her Philippine passport and pay the certification fee (PLN 100). The Embassy certification will be issued within two to five working days.

- Certification Fee is P100.00;
