The following are the requirements for contract verification for balik-mangagawa who are currently working at site:
  1. Employment contract in English signed by employer and worker;
  2. Compulsory insurance secured from the Philippines. You may choose among the list of accredited insurance providers in the Philippines which is available at the POEA website. Attached is a sample of compulsory insurance certificate for your reference. (See DOLE Department Order No. 228-Expanded Compulsory Insurance Coverage)
  3. Copy of passport which has validity of at least 6 months.
  4. Copy of valid working visa.
