BM Online to POPs BaM

Advisory to All Balik-Manggagawa
Effective 30 June 2021, POEA will launch a new system for our Balik-Manggagawa. It will be known as POEA Online Processing System for Balik-Manggagawa or POPS-BaM.

What is POPS-BaM?

POPS-BaM is the new BM online system for returning OFWS who will need to get their OEC online. It has replaced the old BM online system since June 30, 2021.

When you have a POPS-BaM account, you don’t have to visit the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) in your country of employment or the POEA office in the Philippines for the processing of your OEC. This particular online service is available to vacationing OFWs who are returning to their same employer and have a record with the POEA.

You can access the POPS-BaM platform via the Online Services Portal of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) at https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph/OnlineServices.

How to Transfer Your Old BM Online Credentials to POPS-BaM

PLEASE BE REMINDED ON THE FOLLOWING RULES:

One (1) OFW, One (1) e-Registration Account only;
Ensure that you only provide correct /factual information and always check your details before submitting your personal information. Submitted information cannot be manually changed /corrected/edited, such as: Name, Gender, Birthdate and Email address;
Request to correct any of the above-mentioned critical personal information shall be done by filling an electronic ticket under the POEA HelpDesk, accessible at onlinesrvices.poea.gov.ph;
Frequent commission of errors/mistakes/misdeclarations involving any of the mentioned critical personal information may be construed as misrepresentation and shall be subject the concerned BM Worker to legal action;
You will not be allowed to acquire a new OEC unless it has expired/cancelled or have already been used for deployment, to resume employment overseas;
ECs have a 60-day validity and can only be used once (1) for the jobsite and employer indicated therein;
Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months.

Flour types in Poland

Flour type, according to Polish food regulations, means the content of ashes in it (i.e. the remains after complete burning of the organic ingredients in a sample of the product at a determined temperature).
