Factory worker-Fame

  1. Number of people needed in the project, requirements regarding age/sex/gender
    • 50 women or 50 men or 25 couples (on the beginning)
    • age up to 55 years old  
  2. Description of job and work conditions:
    • Performing work on the production line indicated during the packaging of the finished product. Spreading the lining, putting the finished product on the line for sorting and automatic packaging, supervision of the packaging machine, receiving the finished product and putting it back in storage.
    • Cleaning work in the hall
    • Execution of another warehouse works
    • work in the factory at a temperature of 7-10 degrees (Factory is hiring 500 people)
  3. Information of accommodation/transport costs:
    • costs related to accommodation and commuting (transport to work and back home) are covered by the agency/employee
  4. Expenses related to stay (additional fees related to house maintenance): 350 zł per month.
  5. Information of reimbursement:
    • basic salary - PLN 12.00 zł w/h (working hour)
    • additional remuneration to basic salary “bonuses” depending on performance and always after agency costumer recommendation:
      • from 100 zł – 300 zł depending from production schedule, and production KPI
    • additionally, we provide one hot meal on working days,
    • additional we provide working cloths,
  6. Minimum working hours:
    • Minimum 220 w/h up to 288 w/h
  7. Necessary qualifications/certificates/experience:
    • good manual skills
    • readiness to work
    • experience in working in a similar position will be an advantage,
    • the ability to learn quickly will be an advantage - the learning process is not complicated and takes 7-14 days
  8. Minimum / maximum period of labor agreement period of staying in country.
    • Minimum contract period – 18 months
    • Maximum contract period 36 months with possibility to extension the period of the contract. If the person will be interested agency can help in processing long term work permits up to 5 years or longer.
  9. Information about insurance:
    • all employees stay and work in Poland in a legal manner, which allows them to use Polish healthcare, it is possible to buy additional insurance in in ING Nationale Netherlande in the amount of PLN 35 a month, however, basic medical care is provided in connection with legal employment.
  10. Information about living conditions
    • Due to the fact that the work is located in various places in Poland - we use motels / hostels or rent the whole house. Of the rooms are from 2 to 6 people, have access to refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, cabinets for clothes, internet, TV.
    • We provide a car to transport for shopping centers if necessary,
    • Distance to work depend from distance to the factory from accommodation (bus/walk).

  1. Number of people needed in the project, requirements regarding age/sex/gender
    • 300 men (on the beginning)
    • age up to 55 years old  
  2. Description of job and work conditions:
    • work in production plants dealing in the production of various types of products
    • work that does not require high qualifications, where the process of learning to perform a given task takes from 1 to 4 days
    • work is located in indoor halls 
  3. Information of accommodation/transport costs:
    • costs related to accommodation and commuting (transport to work and back home) are covered by the agency/employee
  4. Expenses related to stay (additional fees related to house maintenance): 350 zł per month.

    • age up to 60 years old – strong men with electrical knowledge
  2. Description of job and work conditions:
    • Installation of electrical wires (power tower+ Earth lines), repair and maintenance of electrical installations, physical work (installation of power tower, cables, electrical boxes with the aid of ma - securing electrical wires
    • ensuring trouble-free operation of the power system;
    • performing periodic technical inspections;
    • replacement of the old one and performance of a new electrical and cable installation;
    • electrical maintenance of facilities;
    • assembly of control / distribution cabinets;
    • lighting installation;
    • selection of suitable conductive materials in accordance with the design of electrical installations, assembly of components and components according to technical documentation;

  2. Description of job and work conditions:
    • loading and unloading of railway materials, operation of machinery and equipment for the repair and maintenance of tracks, including in particular (electrical and diesel screwdriver, compactors, rail drilling machines), disassembly and assembly of railway surface (tracks and switches), performance of earthworks, drainage works, laying and replacement of earth cables, renovation of infrastructure facilities (replacement of barriers, handrails) and their maintenance, finishing works, cutting vegetation, other work related to the maintenance of railway lines, physical work outside.
    • helping with replacing elements of the railway surface, including railway rails, sleepers, travelers, bridgeways and rail connectors;
    • assistance in the assembly of track lanes on the assembly bases;
    • performing ancillary work in raising, conquering and adjusting tracks in plan and in profile;
    • profiling with gravel of tracks, turnouts and crossings of tracks;
    • assistance in the assembly of rail fenders in small curves rays and at crossings;
    • helping with the assembly of turnouts, track intersections, devices and locking closures;
    • digging and filling pits and ditches using tools hand;
    • using equipment for track work: mallets, screwdrivers, drills and rail grinders, e.t.c.;
    • loading and unloading of building materials, materials, excavated and equipment, and transporting them within the places where work is carried out with the use of wheelbarrows, hand-wear trolleys and handcarts;
    • cleaning up jobs and removing various obstacles and congestion according to the instructions received;
    • application of regulations and railway instructions regarding track construction
    • and turnouts, principles of performing track works, signaling and safe movement on tracks;
    • adherence to the principles of ergonomics and OHS regulations, fire protection and environmental protection required at the workplace.

Step by Step procedure for Job-In-Poland

Step.1

  1. Revieving current job vacancies – candidate.
  2. Selection of a function/job offer – candidate.
  3. Agreeing on the details concerning job offer – candidate + UI admin
  4. Signing a preliminary contract and a confidentiality agreement and sending it back with a scanner – candidate + UI admin
  5. Transmission of all the details needed to apply for work permit – candidate.
  6. First payment 175 USD – candidate.

Step.2


  1. Applying for work permit after payment entry in the account – UI admin.
  2. Providing initial date of getting a work permit– UI admin.
  3. Providing an address of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland and initial dates of appointments for a candidate – UI admin.
  4. Filling of visa applications for the candidate - UI admin.
  5. Arrangement of visa appointments/monitoring of available dates – candidate.






Step.3


  1. Sending the confirmation of an arranged visa appointment – candidate.
  2. Second payment – 175 USD – candidate.
  3. Preparation of all documents needed for visa appointment:
    1. preliminary work contracts,
    2. purchase of Travel insurance,
    3. supporting documents for visa application (new version),
    4. confirmation of accomodation,
    5. registration documents of UI,
    6. work permit,
    7. invitation from an employer,
  4. Sending documents to candidates – UI admin.


Step.4


  1. Feedback from the embassy: - candidate passes the message to the IU
    1. No Visa - re-application for Visa by the applicant,
    2. Visa obtained - communication of information to establish arrival details,
  2. Arrival arrangements– UI admin + candidate
  3. Tickets purchase:
    1. Candidates purchase tickets individually
    2. UI – buys tickets for the candidate (after the candidate pays the equivalent of the ticket)
  4. Picking up the candidate at the airport in Poland – UI admin
  5. Implementation to work– UI admin.
