CONSULAR OUTREACH IN USTKA ON 14 AUGUST 2021




The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw, Poland is pleased to announce that it will provide consular services to Filipino nationals living in the towns and cities of the following voivodeships of Poland: Pomeranian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian and Warmian-Masurian (Pomorskie, Kuyawsko-Pomorskie and Warminsko-Mazurskie), as well as Filipinos residing in Lithuania during its Consular Outreach in the city of Ustka, Poland on Saturday, 14 August 2021.

The exact venue for the outreach will be announced later.

The following services will be available during the outreach:
  • Passport services (application and renewals)
  • Notarial services (SPA, LCCM, except civil registry services)
  • NBI application form fingerprinting
  • Overseas Voter’s registration for the May 2022 national elections
In view of the continuing state of epidemic and to ensure strict observance of health protocols, the services will be available strictly by appointment basis only. All interested applicants must register through this link in order to receive appointment slots.

Applicants are reminded to come with complete documentary requirements (printed application forms) and photocopies of required supporting documents. They may consult the Embassy website for the requirements of passporting services and notarial and civil registry services.

Due to the limited slots available, interested applicants are advised to register as soon as possible.

The Embassy will issue another announcement in the event there are no more available slots for the Ustka Consular Outreach.

Flour types in Poland

Flour type, according to Polish food regulations, means the content of ashes in it (i.e. the remains after complete burning of the organic ingredients in a sample of the product at a determined temperature). Ii is expressed in gramms/100 kg of flour. For example: type 500 means that in every 100 kg of flour there's around 500 g of ashes, and type 850 means that in every 100 kg the content of ashes is around 850 g.
