EMBASSY WILL BE OPEN ON SELECTED SUNDAYS FOR CONSULAR SERVICES TO FILIPINO NATIONALS


The Embassy is pleased to announce that it will open and provide consular services to Filipino nationals outside its regular working hours on the following Sundays (Consular Sundays):

Sunday, 18 July 2021, 13:00 H to 16:00 H

Sunday, 08 August 2021, 13:00 H to 16:00 H (THIS SCHEDULE IS NOW FULLY BOOKED)

Sunday, 26 September 2021, 13:00 H to 16:00 H

The following services will be available during these Consular Sundays:

• Passport services (application and renewals)

• Notarial services (SPA, Report of Marriage/Birth, LCCM)

• NBI clearance

• Overseas Voter’s registration for the May 2022 national elections

In view of the continuing state of epidemic and to ensure strict observance of health protocols, the services will be available strictly by appointment basis only. All interested applicants must register through this link in order to receive appointment slots.

Applicants are reminded to come with complete documentary requirements (printed application forms) and photocopies of required supporting documents. They may consult the Embassy website for the requirements of passporting services and notarial and civil registry services.

Due to the limited slots available, interested applicants are advised to register as soon as possible.

The Embassy will issue another announcement in the event there are no more available slots for a given Consular Sunday.

Flour types in Poland

Flour type, according to Polish food regulations, means the content of ashes in it (i.e. the remains after complete burning of the organic ingredients in a sample of the product at a determined temperature). Ii is expressed in gramms/100 kg of flour.
