Conditions I need to meet

You submit the application for a temporary residence permit in person, no later than on the last day of your legal stay in the Republic of Poland;
You can only pick up your residence card in person.
fingerprints will be taken from you in order to issue a residence card;
You should submit the documents in Polish in originals or in photocopies with the originals presented for inspection;
Documents in a foreign language should be accompanied by a translation into Polish made by a Polish sworn translator.
