- For purpose of work: every first and the third Tuesday of the month at 9.30 am (local time);
- For other purpose: every first and third Wednesday of the month at 9.30 am (local time).
In the event that the said dates fall on a holiday, the visa slots will be released on the next working day at the same time.
The office is closed during Philippine and Polish public holidays.
Opening of new slots is a subject to general availability/limits per day. Registration a visa application for a different purpose than indicated in the selected type of a visa/registration section, making substantial changes in the visa application after completing the registration will cause a visa application rejection. Please register visa applications carefully and with proper attention.
The Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in Manilia does not collaborate with any commercial visa agencies. These entities are unable to secure visa appointments. The only cost involved is the visa fee charged by the Consulate.
The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands will temporarily continue to represent the Republic of Poland in the process of examining applications and issuing Schengen visas, pursuant to the provisions of the EU Visa Code, in the Republic of the Philippines.
